FAQ

If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, Florida requires you to have a Boating Safety Education ID Card or a Temporary Certificate. If you don’t have one, we’ll guide you through taking the quick online exam—it usually takes 15–20 minutes. Find more info HERE.

You’ll need a valid government-issued ID. We recommend essentials like sunscreen, sunglasses, and a towel. We provide life jackets and a quick safety orientation.

We’ll show you a designated riding area that keeps you in safe, beautiful waters. You’re free to ride within that zone, but entering swim areas, restricted zones, or shallow seagrass beds is prohibited for safety and environmental protection.

Your safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe due to wind, lightning, or storms, we will reschedule your ride or issue a credit/refund, depending on the situation. Light rain is usually okay, but we always monitor weather in real time.
